At the end of the masterclass you will have covered the core knowledge and concepts required to design and build your EX/ engagement blueprint and strategy.
We’ll set you up with everything you need to be able to apply your learning to your context. You will cover the key concepts and tools required to design your overarching organisational ‘blueprint’ for the experience you want your people to have. You’ll also explore ways to ensure it aligns with your company culture and supports organisation strategy and goals.

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for anyone who identifies as an ‘EX Architect’, or looking to build skills and capability in this area.
The EX Architect creates the ‘blueprint’ for the experience you want your people to have within your organisation. EX Architects oversee the EX/EE strategy ensuring it supports the overall people and business strategy. They consider the engagement of employees and how EX can help to deliver this. They are focused on the big picture and will use measures and metrics to understand how the organisation is performing against the blueprint they have designed.

This work is usually organisation-wide and focused on the entire employee journey, before, during and after employment. As such it includes the pre-joining and alumni experience as well. It underpins all of the experiences you want your people to have, which others may then go on to plan, design, and deliver.
